Maintaining The Cleanliness Of The Hotel
Hotel Zamburger ensures the necessity to utilize a quality hotel cleaning service to achieve consistent customer satisfaction. Quality is also a major deciding factor for the customers when considering hotels for their stay as they tend to gravitate towards hotel options that are known to provide a clean environment. Guests are often concerned with the quality of the hotel cleaning that they may receive during their stay.
Deep Cleaning of the Room For A New Look
It is Hotel Zamburger sole purpose and priority to focus on what’s the most effective tool in the guest satisfaction tools. Once we successfully took over a hotel, we wanted to ensure that the appearance of the entire hotel met the company guidelines, rules and regulations. Deep cleaning methods for newly taken over hotels go above and beyond daily protocols to effectively remove any unwanted stains, contaminants and improve odor and appearance of the entire hotel.
Signboard Installation
Following the acquisition of the hotels, Hotel Zamburger proudly announced that the signboard for the new hotels will be installed. The hotels that have been recently acquired were Hotel Zamburger Bliss, Hotel Zamburger Sepang, Hotel Zamburger Danga Bay, and Hotel Zamburger Cheese. The signboard “HOTEL ZAMBURGER” together with the location of the hotel or the name of the previous hotel will be displayed on the exterior.
A Visit To A Cooking Kitchen In Mecca
On the 18th of December 2021, the founder and Group CEO of UZ Hotel Berhad, Mr. Norizam Tukiman made a special visit to a kitchen used to prepare food for more than 7,000 hajj or umrah participants. Mr. Norizam was invited to visit because they saw the potential or concept of ‘synergy’ that his company could bring.
If given the opportunity, Mr. Norizam aims to introduce Malaysian cuisine by bringing Chefs from Malaysia to work at the hotel. Malaysian pilgrims who have finished taking a break from performing Umrah will be able to enjoy authentic local food from Malaysia and Indonesia as well as increase employment opportunities for locals in Arabia.
